I have been with Premier Dental for 19 years. They are timely, courteous and clearly explain what is needed and the cost.I like Iris who cleaned my teeth very well, and Dr Massa who is very skilled, sociable, and as quick as can be in taking care of teeth for a great smile.

The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The dentist was amazing! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, went over the different options available, and shared what he felt would be the best option for me while still allowing me to make my own decision. I never felt pressured into having any additional or unnecessary procedures.I felt very comfortable throughout my entire visit and truly appreciated how patient and informative everyone was. I’m very happy with my experience so far and feel confident moving forward. I’ll be having my procedure next week, and I’m actually looking forward to getting it done!

Third visit at Premier,the people there are very Courteous,and the young Lady that did my cleaning to day was very careful and explained the procedure as she was doing the procedure and making sure I was comfortableand explained everything that she was doing and did a great job,Doctor came in afterwards and explained what We need to get done and we were done with everything in a timely manner.Pleasant experience.Thank You

I enjoyed my appointment today. Lora was especially nice to talk with and helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me helpful advice. Dr. Dotson was very accommodating especially when I was dizzy.

I had a 30 year old root canal that failed for the second time. Dr Massa and Miranda has the “joy” of extracting the molar and will place a permanent implant soon. They were very detailed, confident and good at their job. Overall a painless experience. Do not hesitate to use this duo

My experience with Premier was excellent.I arrived 30 minutes early to complete paperwork, and the receptionist was helpful finding my insurance information.Lisa was my tech. She was helpful and personable.Kristie was my hygeinist. She actually walked me through what she was doing and what the numbers meant, so I could follow along.Dr. Dotson was my dentist. He got me the referral I needed and answered all of my questions.As far as dentists go, Premier is the best I've been to.

April 2026……I must say that after not going to a dentist at all in over 30 yrs, yes 30 yrs… this office staff was nothing but welcoming, professional and put me at ease the entire visit. Brianna stayed over to make sure my cleaning was completed and done without incident. Highly recommend Premiere Dental NB, Texas for your dental needs. I must say, no cavities in 30 yrs is a blessing. Yes I will be back for sure.July 2026…….Went back for my crown and it was exactly how they said it would be. The staff if friendly inviting and very welcoming. They know how much I despise the dentist and they made me feel comfortable and at ease with every explanation of my crown procedure.Definitely give them two thumbs up!!

Dr. Dodson and his staff have treated me so very well since I started going to Premier Dental after years of not having dental care. I told him of my past (horrible) experiences and he reassured me that he takes care of his patients and he even went as far as apologizing on behalf of all the good dentists out there. He was right.
